- Cost and efficiency: Freight spend vs. budget, split/partial delivery ratios, warehouse and cross-dock performance.
Visibility Tools:
- Real-time dashboards (for operations and management).
- Alerts for exceptions (delays, missed POD, compliance failures).
- Data feeds to customer/supplier portals for transparency.
Continuous Improvement:
- Ongoing analysis of exceptions to adjust splits, FO allocation logic, or master data rules.
